We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. To ensure your satisfaction when using our products, we provide a 6-month warranty service for all purchased fitness equipment. Please read the warranty terms below carefully to understand our warranty policy and its scope of application.
Warranty period:
Hieesport fitness equipment enjoys a 6-month warranty service from the date of purchase.
Warranty content:
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace product failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship free of charge.
Warranty coverage:
This warranty applies to all fitness equipment of the hieesport brand, including but not limited to treadmills, spinning bikes, dumbbells, barbells, etc.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
Normal wear and tear (such as mats, handles and other consumable parts).
Problems caused by failure to install, use, maintain and maintain according to the product manual.
Damage caused by use in non-home environments (such as commercial gyms).
Warranty service process:
If you encounter a problem during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

Repair or Replacement:
Our technical team will make a preliminary diagnosis within 5 working days of receiving the repair request.
After confirming the fault, we will arrange for repair or replacement service. If necessary, we will provide product shipping instructions.
Cost Description:
The cost of repair or replacement during the warranty period shall be borne by hieesport, including round-trip shipping.
If the problem is found to be not covered by the warranty after inspection, the customer shall bear the relevant repair and shipping costs.
Other Notes
This warranty policy only applies to products purchased on the hieesport official website.
The warranty service is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
This warranty policy does not affect your other rights under applicable laws.
